*Waitrose and Sainsbury's Fat Free simply list their fat content per 100g as <0.5 so I cannnot get an accurate average other than than that they are all certified as fat free. i.e. <0.5
*Waitrose and Sainsbury's Fat Free simply list their fat content per 100g as <0.5 so they have been recorded here as 0.5
Overall my reviews do show a trend of the higher fat cottage cheeses neing the nicest. With the exception to this being the Waitrose Duchy organic, which was nothing more than average, and the Waitrose Fat Free Cottage Cheese which was lovely. Though I did pay 1.40 for it so you'd expect it to be good. Though price isn't always indicative of quality- as shown by the poor performance of Sainbury's fat free which cost the same. My lowest review was Rowan Glen which had a burning taste in the throat like acid reflux. The highest is Yester Farm, which was simply perfect. Funnily enough they are both Scottish. My most disappointing cottage cheese is Definately the Waitrose Duchy organic.
